What is your return policy?
All purchased items hav a 10 day 100% money back guarantee.(in some cases 14 days). Please call us back for shipping instructions. There is no fee for returning an item. The diamond ring or diamond must be returned in the same condition it was received. If any sizing, setting , damage or alteration was done without discountdiamondringsonline.com permission the item may not be returned. Any custom made ring or jewelry may not be returned.
